  • How to Place an Order
    Shopping with us is simple. Start by either typing in the team or brand you are looking for in our product search engine located on our front page or use the pull down menus located at the top right hand corner of every Web Store page. Once you select a team the store will automatically take you to that category. When you find an item you like click in the dialog box below the cap image and enter the quantity you would like. Then click the "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. Follow the on-line instructions from there. You have two options for purchasing hats from Primo Caps, On-Line Secured Ordering or Off-Line Printout. If you choose to order on-line, you will be sent to our secured order form where your credit card information will be encrypted as it is sent to us electronically throught the Internet. You also have the option of "Offline Ordering" by printing out your order form and sending it to us via fax or postal mail. Follow the on screen instructions after you are done shopping and have clicked the "Process Order" button.

  • How do I know you received my order?
    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt via e-mail. This means that you did everything correctly and we have received your order. If your item is in stock you will receive another e-mail within 48 hours confirming shipment of your order. You will also receive a Shipment Notification e-mail from UPS letting you know the package has been sent and it's tracking number. (NOTE: If you have AOL e-mail or a spam blocker feature on your e-mail software you may not get our notification e-mails. Please add us to your list to receive e-mails). This means your package is on its way, and you can check our shipping database to get tracking information to locate your package. Finally, you can use the tracking applications at the UPS Website or US Postal Service Website to find detailed tracking infomation and scheduled delivery times.

  • Shipping Information
    All orders of in stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours if received by 5:00 PM PST. Orders are shipped for $5.95 for one cap (plus $.50 for each additional cap) by UPS Ground Delivery Service or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Using our
    Tracking Database, you will be able to find your order number, the date your package was sent and your package's tracking number. Please allow 48 hours to allow us to update our database to find your order's tracking information. You may choose additional expedited shipping options on our order form. These options include:

    UPS 3 Day Select: Add $8
    UPS 2nd Day Air: Add $12
    UPS Next Day Air Saver: Add $25
    UPS Next Day Air: Add $30

    International Shipping
    All orders to Canada and Mexico via USPS Air Mail: Add: $3
    All orders outside of the USA (except Canada and Mexico) via USPS Air Mail only: Add $6
    Add a 8"x8"x6" brown gift box to your order, a perfect size box to fit your cap: Add $2

    NOTE: Here's how it works for For UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. All orders received before 5:00 PM PST will be shipped the next day when UPS comes and picks up our shipments. The delivery time begins on the following day after pickup. For example, if you placed an order on Monday (before 5:00 PM PST), the package will go out in Tuesday's shipment. According to UPS Tuesday is a processing/pick-up day, and NOT considered a shipping day. The first shipping day is Wednesday, so if you ordered 2nd Day Air on Monday, your package will get to you on Thursday by close of business. Please keep this in mind when ordering... we and UPS are not miracle workers! Also remember UPS does not deliver or work for us on Saturdays, Sundays and most Holidays.

    EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY CHART

    HOW TO USE THIS CHART: Use this chart to determine the expected delivery day if you were to place your order today. Find today on the blue column on the left. If it is before 5:00 pm PST, then look across the row to find the day your package would be delivered based on the various UPS Shipping options. If it is after 5:00 pm PST the go to the following day on the blue column to find the expected delivery day. If you have a deadline, please inform us! This way, we can let you know if the option you selected will not work for your particular deadline. In addition, we will work with you to make sure you get your cap on time.

    Example: If today is Monday and you need your cap by Thursday close of business, then you must select UPS 2nd Day Air. (This is because the first day is a pick up day and not considered a shipping day by UPS.) Note: UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. Still have questions about this chart?     Use the Shipping Schedule below to help you decide which service you will need to get your package on time:

    Our shipment is picked up each working day morning, once a day, so if you order today (before 5 PM PST), your package will go out in tomorrow's shipment. The next day after pick-up is the fastest time you can receive your package. This shipping schedule does not apply for International Orders and P.O. Boxes. UPS Ground and 3 Day Select services are not available to Alaska and Hawaii, or International orders. If your order is going to either of these two locations, and 2nd Day or Next Day Air are not selected, your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Airmail.

    UPS Ground Delivery Service usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. We will ship to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses, however, we use US Postal Mail for these orders. International order will be sent via USPS Airmail. International shipments will not have tracking numbers. Usually, international orders take 10-14 working days via Airmail.

    It may arise where an item ordered is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you and let you know when this occurs. At that time, we will also tell you when you can expect the item to be shipped to you. You will be given the option of waiting for delivery of your specific hat, selecting another style from our stock or canceling the order.

  • Tracking Your Package
    When you place an order with Primo Caps your package information is entered into our
    Tracking Database. You can access this database and obtain package information such as when the package was sent and the tracking number. You can then use the tracking applications at UPS or USPS and locate detailed package information. Our database is updated (within 48 hours after your order has been placed) with new information, and is available to you 24 hours a day on our website.

  • Payments
    Primo Caps currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards as payment for your On-Line Secure order. If you choose to order using our Off-line Order Form Printout, we accept money orders and personal checks, although a personal check will delay your order until the check clears the bank. All charges will be for the full amount of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

  • Sales Tax
    As of January 1, 2002, Primo Caps is required by law to add 8.25% sales tax to all purchases made by California residents. All other orders are not subject to sales taxes.

  • Returns and Exchanges
    Returns and Exchanges are easy at Primocaps.com. There is no need to call or e-mail us. All you have to do is the following. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit your credit card for the entire amount of the cap(s) less shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within the 30 day period. All returns should be sent to:

    The unworn cap(s) must include your original Primocaps.com Invoice and the manufacturers tag must be on the cap (if it orginally had one). The cap must not be worn, cranked, or marked in any way. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange, so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. You are responsible for shipping the cap(s) back to us, we will not reinburse you for return shipping charges.

    Please include the following information:

    1. If you would like a different cap or a new size, please specify on the Invoice.
    2. If you would like a refund, write "Refund" on the Invoice and send it back to us with the cap. Please note that only the original credit card that was used to place the order will be credited.

  • Security Information
    We take the safety of your credit card information very seriously. Netscape Navagator, Microsoft Explorer, Web TV and AOL browsers all support the Secured Socket Layers standard which allows your credit card data to be sent to us encrypted ensuring your privacy. For added security, we require that all orders be subject to address verification. This means that regardless of where you want your order to be shipped, our credit card verification program will confirm the billing address to which your credit card statements are sent. We do this for your protection. In fact, we use a third party, Cardsevice International, who specializes in Internet Secure Transactions, so that no one at Primo Caps ever sees your credit card. Cardservice International handles all the transactions and sends us confirmation once your credit card is approved. Your credit card will be billed by Primo Sports Caps for the full amount of your order.

    If your are still uneasy about transmitting your credit card over the Internet, select the Off-Line ordering method, and you can fax or mail the order to us. To do this, select "Offline Ordering Method" when you get to our order form after clicking "Process Order" button. Follow the easy to read instructions on the screen, the store will guide you through the process. All customer information will be kept absolutely confidential and we will never use your name or e-mail address for any purpose other than sending your order, or sending out promotions relating to our Web Store.

  • Terms and Conditions
    Acceptance of any order is expressly conditional upon buyer's assent to the conditions contain herein. Any different of additional terms set forth by the buyer shall not be binding upon Primo Sports Caps. Any credit card order that is submitted to us electronically, gives Primo Sports Caps authorizes us to charge you for the full amount of the order. Buyer assents that all forms of of communications (internet, telephone, fax, or mail) are governed by the laws of the State of California.
